If I consign my bag and change my mind, can I request my bag be returned?

Absolutely! There is a return processing fee of $25.00 to cover the cost of returning the item to you.

Do you authenticate bags from other websites?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer this service because there are so many scams on websites selling fake bags - one such scam is listing and photographing an authentic bag for sale but a fake bag being sold and shipped to the unsuspecting buyer. We do not want to be associated in anyway with the sale of any fake items and for this reason no longer authenticate bags from other websites.

Are all items sold at bagsofcharm.com.au authentic?

Absolutely! We are a business that specialises in only sell authentic preowned luxury designer items, nothing else. Everything we sell comes with a 100% authenticity guarantee. Over the years, we have seen the preowned luxury market flooded with fake bags and there seems to be more and more entering the homes of unsuspecting buyers.  We constantly receive emails from people who have told us of their experience of how they unknowingly purchased a fake bag - some find out immediately after receiving the bag, others find out sometime later. People tell us how they feel cheated, disappointed and saddened that their hard earned cash has gone - never to be recovered. There are also so many scams that unsuspecting buyers fall victim to - fake receipts, authenticity cards, fake dustbags and the list goes on... Sadly we have heard these scenarios all too often. We ask that if you have been ripped off in the past, try us out for yourself - you won't be disappointed. We have never sold a fake bag  - ever and never will. Our two highly experienced authenticators examine each bag individually to ensure that each item sold is authentic. To authenticate each bag, we look at internal and external material, the stitching, the colour of the stitching, Date Code (if applicable), and and a number of other features on the bag. Only when the authenticators are happy that the bag has passed the authenticity test that the bag is sold. We want you to carry on your arm a beautiful bag that makes you look and feel great.  We want you to receive complements from family and friends about the lovely bag you are holding and we want you to be assured that you have purchased a real bag for a great price. What payment methods do you accept?

Bank deposit/transfer or credit cards payment through Paypal. Bank details for payment will be shown during checkout.

When will my item be shipped?

All items will be shipped within one business day from the receipt of payment. Same day deliveries will occur if the item is paid for before 2pm on weekdays. All items are shipped using a tracking number and signature on delivery to ensure that you get your item quickly and safely.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days of receipt for a refund. Restocking fees apply and include the cost of postage, bank and/or Paypal fees. We ask that you do not remove the Bags of Charm swing tag attached to your item and that you return the item in the exact condition you received it. Also any dustbag or cards also need to be returned.

Do you ship internationally? If so, who is responsible for custom fees/taxes?

Yes, we may ship to countries outside Australia. Note international shipping charge will apply. Buyers responsible for any customs duties or taxes that are applied by their country.

Do you allow pick up?

At this time we are unable to allow pick ups – sorry.

Do you have a physical store?

To keep our prices as low as possible, the store is on-line only.  Bags of Charm offer better prices than most shopfront retailers so you can grab yourself a bargain. The main advantage of shopping on-line means that you can shop anywhere, anytime - day or night. If you have any questions about an item, just send us an email and we will happily answer as soon as possible.

Are your photographs showing the actual products or do you use pictures from a catalogue?

All our products are photographed in our Sydney studio. With pre-owned handbags it is essential to show the actual condition of the bag. Therefore we photograph every single product individually and from many angles. We try to show the beauty of the products but also any imperfections or signs of wear, so that when you receive your purchase, you can rest assured that there will be no unpleasant surprises.

What condition are the items in?

The condition of most items range from gently used or in very good condition. Gently used items have minimal signs of wear - such as soiling, abrasions, stains, scratches or tears. Every item includes a detailed description of its condition and images showing any slight flaws or signs of wear. No items are sold that are damaged beyond regular wear and tear. The condition of each bag is described as honest as possible so that you make an informed decision as to whether the bag is right for you.
